Theta Delta Chi Court Filing: May 26, 2023

Theta Delta Chi’s latest court filing has just been made available.  Click here to read our full filing.

We will continue to pursue legal action to reinstate our organization at Stanford and return TDX to 675 Lomita.

#SaveStanfordTDX represents more than 1,500 Stanford alumni who were members of Theta Delta Chi fraternity. The group is dedicated to restoring the fraternity’s standing on campus, as well as returning their home to its historic location on campus.
